Lottery registration window
February 9, 08:00 CET → February 11, 20:00 CET
Teams registering during this period enter the lottery draw. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a tournament spot.
Lottery results
February 12
All teams will be informed of their lottery outcome by email. Division sizes may be adjusted based on demand.
Second registration round
February 13, from 08:00 CET
Remaining spots become available on a first come, first served basis.
Payment deadline
Lottery-selected teams must complete payment by February 18. Teams accepted later must pay within one week of confirmation.
Unpaid registrations are automatically removed.
EURA Membership
All participants must hold a valid EURA Membership in order to compete at ETS Bucharest 2026. Membership ensures insurance coverage and eligibility within the European Tour Series.

Cancellation & refunds
- More than two weeks before registration closes: 100% refund
- Less than two weeks before registration closes: 50% refund
- After registration closes: no refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
