ETS Bucharest 2026 is organized by the local organizing team (Roundnet Romania / Roundnet.ro).

  • vendor interest submissions (if you submit a vendor form),

Tournament registration may be handled through external platforms (for example a player registration portal, EURA tools, or Google Forms). In those cases, your personal data is collected and processed according to the third party’s platform and policies, and we receive the information needed to manage the event (for example team lists, contact details, and status).

When you visit the website, we may receive limited technical information such as device/browser type, approximate location (derived from IP), and pages visited. This is commonly collected via server logs and analytics tools, usually in aggregated form.
